Ah...I now know what your problem is thx to Core...update your drivers and make sure you have DirectX 9.0 installed.

Start - Run - DXDIAG - let the bar on the bottom fill up completely - Video - there is where i will find ya gfx drivers... get them from the gfx MAKER, NOT WINDOWS!!! reboot once u get drivers and install for them to take effect... have fun Cool

Click start, there's a program(thing) called run, click that and type DXDIAG, let the progress bar fill up, click Video, get gfx drivers from the gfx card(I think) manufacturer itself, after you get them installed and everything, reboot your computer.

find out what fucking video card you have, then download the newest drivers for that model and your os

so EXAMPLE:

i have a nvidia 450gts on windows 7 64bit, so i google nvidia drivers, go to their site, and get the drivers for my card for win 7 x64

so you have X card on Y os. so google X's drivers and get them for your Y os.
