I dont' know why...
but every time I feel like everything is good,
I always get knocked down.

i hate my whole being and existance.

I seem to hate everyone else too.

I get tired of being torn apart.

You know it's really hard to be yelled at from every single direction that you could possibly being yelled at. It's so hard to please everyone you know, and never once thing about yourself. All I do is sit and cry now. And no1 asks me why. When can I for once, JUST BE ME!!!

that was pretty good, you know sometimes the best lyrics and poems will flow out of a person during times of emotion. Im sure thats how some of the saddest songs you hear come to be. Depression is a rough thing to deal with in life i know bc ive dealt with it my entire life, you just have to keep your chin up and learn from it all.
