i been tring to find a video editing program that u can actually do that slow mo stuff with.

nice share tad, makes me want to look more on that editor

The only way to slow video down and not have it look choppy, is to record at an extremely high rate of speed. No program can alter the recorded FPS.

well i done some searching around on programs i have and Windows movie maker will let u do slow mo ill put something together when i get the time

Yeah but it won't be like that video. What tad said that is filmed with a high rate speed.

it will be choppy most likely, because slow-mo effect just adds frames, if their is no frames to add it skips from frame to frame.
