*Sigh* Yes, I know the Evaluation shit in the middle of the screen is ANNOYING but it's the best I can do so I apologize ahead of time. I'm not that great with editing software, or anything like that (I try though). Hope this clears some things up for people who tend to...well..disbelieve.<3

If you still don't believe me, if you still don't want to give me some respect for trying the best I can to prove I am a legit player, then I feel sorry for you. I will no longer waste more time proving myself over a video game. I think this is more than enough; hell this is more than most good "legit" players do to prove they don't cheat..but anyways I'm not going to start ranting, it's useless. If you have something negative to say, go ahead and say it but I won't reply to it.

Edit: The reason why there are two different videos is because as you can see, the footage total is about 15 min long and I had to divide it up. I have more footage but that should not be necessary, I pull of some pretty good shots, and mostly shots I always can pull off. I shot a 91 accuracy I believe..or a high 80 I forgot.

I'm not choosing sides here, but what does it matter to both of you. All he is trying to do is enjoy this game like you guys and not get bull crap. He is providing evidence he is clean. I watched the first part, was boring, second showed skill. Pronstar, hf playing. Don't even listen to the community. Just friends.

Its obv, you didn't watch the videos, the videos leave on back to back. He started quake in the middle of the second video and played with everything normal.

i watched them both... honestly i have never had a problem with pronstar... mofo has some good reaction time... and now seeing the resolution and fov he uses, i understand how he is making those shots that he gets. nice vid dude... if ppl still think u hack after seeing that then i just dunno. Although it would have been nice to have some sound

When it comes down to it......someone claiming they are clean because they can play a decent game in 1 video holds no water at all. It is "proof" they didn't hack... that game. Not the one before or the one after. At best it's a false sense of security... just like the anti-bot was when it came out.

Claiming someone is clean because they can produce one video of 1 game is the same as saying someone that dropped will always use a hack.

Im not saying pron hacks at all... my opinion about the situation has nothing to do with him as a person.... it just makes no sense.

I can't see this thread doing anything at all to change anyones opinions.

Anti cheat people don't create hack websites and sell hacks.

People don't hate you just because you hacked a few years ago as "Shotta" and dropped or got caught. You have done a lot to make this community thin out, if there were less people like you this game would still have many, many players, looking for a fun game without having to worry about getting "hacked".

I have no beef with you though, I don't really play quake, just popped in because I was bored.

I couldn't agree more with you, tad. But the reason why I chose the map I did, and the gametype I did for this video has a lot to do with what your saying "Just 1 game playing good doesn't prove anything" (not exactly how you put it, I understand) but this map tends to be..well my best played map. I've always shot my highest accuracy, played my best scrims/wars, etc. in ctf1..I shot a really good accuracy, I had some typical shots that are done by me and well...maybe can't be done by most others playing ctf1. If I had more time, I'd love to record every single game from reboot to q3..but I simply don't have that kind of time to invest in a video game; hopefully people can understand this.

Now, another thing is..well what about Calie? It was brought upon me that Calie was told to record his screen from full reboot to Q3 to prove he didn't cheat (I know nothing about this at all so please correct me if I'm wrong, I just heard about it from a few different people.). He only played one game in that video I'm guessing? So what makes him so different to myself?

I'm glad to see nobody was being a total asshole in replying to my thread, hopefully it stays that way but this is a forum built up of a majority of .16 players...so who knows what could happen lol.

What you need to understand sketch is that I never sold a hack, I had never sent a legit hack to anybody, so don't jump to conclusions. I have a lot of things I learned about different people in this community than you would expect, but I wouldn't come out with that information now because quite frankly, just like you, nobody really plays that much anymore...I only did this video to prove I am legit and because I want to play in peace, for once...

Oh and FYI- I never dropped as "shotta" from r0d...I quit after r0d died out and went inactive..not like that really matters, just thought I'd clear it up (;

Well for one, he actually has recorded quite a few of his games on demo, made a movie with them, and I'm sure he would be willing to send them to anyone. I doubt they would look different than the video of him playing live. Secondly, you played a small CTF game versus some scrubs whereas he played a scrimmage vs. inhuman. Big difference in the level of competition. Thirdly, Calie hasn't ever been caught cheating, or proven, rather. It's easier to determine the outcome of someone's judgment based on history, and comparing your history with Calie's, it's obvious why the crowd isn't in your favor.

To be honest, my take on Quake players has changed a lot since I removed myself from the community; I think it's childish the way cheaters are dealt with in this Quake, and to be fair, a lot of other games. The cheater-catching system is very flawed; flawed in the means that catching a cheater takes more time than it takes to play the game, except when taking the route Mav has taken. There's no other way to catch a cheater efficiently, and for that, we must respect what Mav has done and the drops the antibot throws us, because after all, it's all we have that is certain.

However, it's time we stop judging people by mistakes they did years ago. I believe people can adjust to the community and become better players even when they've cheated in the past. So what it all comes down to is your attitude in game. I'll tell you this, pron, if you are not anymore a complete cunt, if you no longer think you're better than the rest of us because you can get more frags per minute, if you have matured, I will be the first one to back you up and defend you (as long as you're no longer cheating, of course). You'll have my full support and you will gain the respect of others; of course, you'll have to show us first with your attitude. It's the only way to lose the stigma you've deservedly gained.

Agreed with you on how much more time/effort is put into catching a cheater rather than being able to play a game.. look at all the threads on eRa, and many other websites..it's too bad Q3 wasn't given a better anti-cheat (VAC is the best out there, CS:S gets a lot of hackers but most end up getting banned pretty quickly).

I recently started up my old clan hyphy again in order to hopefully bring some more active players around to scrim because it seems like the only active clans right now is sbs, its, and [i]...I no longer claim to "be the best" or be "z0mg t3h pr0" because being big-headed, and having that attitude has gotten me no where with Q3..I deserved quite a bit of what I got, maybe not all of it, but a lot of it. But I can tell you now, I changed my attitude, especially towards q3/people in q3. Hopefully the rest of the people around here can understand/forgive me for past things that have happened. I'm here to have fun now, I don't have the best players in my clan, I don't have a server, or the best forums, and I'm not the greatest player alive..but just because I don't run my mouth like I used to or make videos of me pwning "n00bz" don't think I won't still be competitive in scrims and play my best (: !

You chuckled but, since when have you played against me or seen me put a video on YouTube about how good I am or seen me make posts about how bad people are and how great I am? That's because you HAVEN'T. I recently removed a lot of my youtube videos that took place at that time; when I would talk shit about how great I am and how bad everybody else is.

In Sketches defense... I understand what he means...

You have to remember it takes a long time to gain respect, but seconds to lose it. You past when you hacked or talked a ton of trash was a long time ago..... but those things are harder to forget then the times you havent. Once you burn bridges with people, sometimes they never rebuild. That's just part of life.

I assume you only care about a handful of opinions and im sure they all believe you are clean..... so why would anyone elses opinions matter? If anyone changes their opinion on if you hack by 1 video... then they never really believe you did.

Again, this thread won't change anyones opinions..... but thats just my thoughts..
