It is pathetic that this dumb broad wants to sue a mall that posted a video of her being an idiot. They did not post who it was or anything that could identify her.... so she went public. Smart idea. Now everyone knows who you are.

Her argument is full of "it could have been"' and "what if it was"... well it wasn't.....

You fell into a fountain because YOU weren't paying attention. YOU are the one responsible for the public finding out who YOU were.

Wow. This chick is dumber then I thought. She took an "anonymous" video, put her face on it herself, and now is paying for her "15 minutes of fame."

Now it's gone public about her identity theft and retail theft. She stole a credit card from a co-worker and ran up $5,000 in charges at a jewelry store.

Also, people are starting to believe her video was "staged" so she could sue. Now that her past has gone public, she said she won't be suing.
