Random facts about *pWp* website

So today at work I was digging around the internet and ran across two websites. One being a virus scanner and the other being a traffic ranking site.

Lets start off with pwpclan.org has NO viruses (YAY US) not that we have had a problem with it but I just want to let everyone know our site is safe. Don't believe me? Check it yourself, http://www.urlvoid.com/

Now to begin with the traffic...
The most searched text in Google that links to our site is "black ops player cards". It is on the first page, last link.

Other inquiries are:

Our Alexa rank is within a 3 month span is *drum-roll* 26,728,470. Now our activity has been significantly dropped in those three months so I am sure we are MUCH higher when we are fully active.

That Alexa rank isn't 1/2 bad considering the total assumed sites on the net from an independent company is 266,848,493. Although, until you are in the top 100K..... it's really not important overall.... but it's not bad. Considering we are the top q3 site (I believe at least in 1.16n and/or no-ghost if not all q3 in general) of all times, that's a nice accomplishment

Nope not at all. I know we are the most active clan forum and sadly we aren't even close to active compared to other sites but like you said it is mainly for a 10+ year old game

well, at the end of the day, there is a real world to attend to... although i would hardly say pwp is "troubled", i mean how many posts are in these forums?! People don't spend time on sites unless they really believe in them!

Gotta laugh at the stuff people get on pwp from though!

Can i just ask, what is an "alexa" rank?

It is a website that ranks the rest of the worlds websites based upon activity and such.

Also we haven't had many posts for a few months now but believe me we use to have a lot of people posting a bit ago.

yes, i have looked at the member list and seen people with many many posts that i have never "met", so i guess that suggests that a lot of people have either moved on or totally forgotten about pwp.

Doesnt seem like a hole lot of new members either... makes me remember that i came to pwp by googling QL clan list and i saw that pwp was listed as being a clan to have fun in, that was light hearted and had a forum... ideal

Yeah Shadow, Tool, Smokey, Kinsler, Beatles and Poison are just inactive in general. I doubt Shadow or Tool will ever become active again, especially for the fact that they aren't in pWp anymore. Smokey I can see coming back active sometime. Kinsler & Beatles seem to be done.. not sure yet but time will tell. And Poison is just inactive on forums and quake in general. Although she did post the other day.
