other than the fact windows 7 sucks, looks like an all around decent rig.

I love win 7. I have never had 1 issue.

It's not a bad deal. It's basically what I have (Computer wise. Although I have 1.5 TB. And I couldn't deal with a 19" monitor lol.), but I paid the same amount about a year ago. If you bought it build though, it's a pretty good price.

What ATI card is it? 5700 is fairly broad with a few different ones. Some good, some great, some....eh.

Windows 7 is great, Home Premium not so much, but I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and it's great.

the ONLY reason i hate windows 7, is because the general look and feel of it is way too sleek for me, i prefer XP's default look over 7 and vista. but i hated vista for more than enough reasons.... bugs and glitches and security holes, oh my.

So your "ONLY" reason to say Win 7 is sit is because..... you don't like how it looks?

I can understand that with clothes maybe....

well, my ex-gf had a HP laptop with windows 7 on it, it feels too "modern" for me, i honestly hate how everything looks way too smooth. on top of that, a lot of programs i have on XP don't support Vista or 7 well or at all, like Fruity Loops for example, i couldn't get it to work when she asked me to get it for her, something about missing DLL files, one after another, even when i download the missing one, it says yet another is missing, etc.

the programs aren't much of a problem imho, it's just the general sleek look, i hate it.
