I'm pretty sure they don't even know you exist. Smokey is a pretty generic name. Tagstealing would be wearing it the same as you, which is unlikely to be random.

like is someone used ske7ch with differenet colors then what I use, there's not much i could do, but if they used $ke7ch, I would probably try to get them to change it, or get them banned lol, and it has happened before. Smile
