Huh? You do realize people like Couture are also from a wrestling background as well, right? It's not a different story... it's a different discipline. He's just not as well rounded... yet.

Either way. What ever he is. Virt. Your calling someone who does something the requires a lot. If your sitting on your ass and your calling him a pussy. You go fight him. Wrestling and swinging punches and kicks is quite a bit different.

Wrestling takes more part on the ground but stand up is different.

i don't watch it personally myself. I just knew about this fight because facebook everyone posted wow he got his ass whooped in the first round.

I follow it via the web... sometimes torrent a fight. But Im not paying $60 for PPV.

You want to watch fights.. I know plenty of sites that stream tons of shows, sports and fights.

I got to watch the fight. Wasn't what I thought really. In the 1st 10 seconds, Lesnar looked like a beast. He charged in full go and actually took early control. The Carwin fight, he never got off on a good step.... although he ended up winning in the 2nd round. But this fight, Lesnar was gassed with in 2 minutes max.

Velasquez had amazing take down defense, which to me was the reason he won. That was pretty much Brock's problem. He couldn't mount for the ground and pound.

I do wanna say though, the pic I posted does not do teh beating justice. Brock was fucked up under his eye bad. The cut was super deep and huge. That pic was taken after the corner cleaned him up. The second after the stoppage... he looked a ton worse.

To be honest, the fight wasn't nearly as amazing as it was made to sound. Yes Velasquez won, yes Brock got his ass beat... but from the TV/camera view... It wasn't as harsh as they made it sound.
