Need help

Ok, as you noticed I started getting into rendering clips from games. It's fun to me to take some good/lucky shots and upload them. It's a ton easier then most games and can creat much better content.

My problem is:

MY RECENT GAMES RARELY SAVE! I have had so many great shots I wanted to save but the games are not there. Every game saved until a few days ago. Now it seems I can only see games played prior to noon my times or after 8 pm. Anything during the day does not seem to save. I have even looked at my recent players list and checked their recent games. Never the one I was on, although theirs seems to save games during time periods mine does not.

Any help on how to fix this or what the reason is? I looked, but could not find any real answer as to why or how to fix it. Only "opinions".

I called activision. They said it seems to be a problem with their servers connecting to my game. They took my info and said they would let me know...

seems like the same thing QL does... with the autoaction.. it will skip games at times... and it always seems to be the games where u get kills that u want to make a clip of lol

Difference is Quake Live records a demo to your computer. The games played on Black Ops saves to their servers and are saved for 7 days unless you transfer it to your File Share. Even then, it's still on their servers. The only way to have it saved on your computer is to use the "render" option, or a program like fraps.

And I have never personally had a Quake Live game not record if the record text is at the bottom of the screen. In Black Ops, you don't know until the game is over.

They did start using a new "[3arc]democlient" in most servers, recently. It records the entire game, every game, even if you come in at the end. A nice option, but I am still not getting access to every game I am in...
