MW3 Hack?

I'm not typically a person who calls out people who I think is hacking. I would hate to accuse someone who is clean, so I stay clear. But, I ran into this person and noticed on the Kill Cam a few "odd" shots. I'm not making a 100% claim he was hacking.... but I want to know what other people think. I also understand latency can play a role in perception...but this seemed a bit more odd. Only used 2 out of 4 or 5 "odd" shots to me.

Looks like wall following to me. Also if you actually play this game alot you should beware that there is no protection from people using colored models like in Q3, and it's doubtful there will ever be a real patch to fix it because of the system used in mw3. So, in summary. If somebody seems to be very fast and have pro reflexes and seeing the slightest tip of your head miles away he's likely using colored models.

Looks like this guy I went against in Black Ops forever ago, had an M60(I think, I don't even remember the name of the gun it's been so long since I've played) and would always be able to shoot you thru the walls, and always got headshots with it..

already found and reported three modders on the ps3. one of my friends got de-ranked from 5th prestige to 2nd by the host of one of the lobbies. fucking cheaters.
