A Sad Goodbye...

My dreams remain,
So hard to grasp.
I feel it all slip away,
I see it pass.
My thoughts aren't so clear,
As I wished them to be,
I must soon disappear,
Just to be me.
The days get old,
So many stories untold.
Would you care to listen,
Or should I just save my breathe.
With my life on hold,
I tried my best...
I felt the coldness grow,
Within my chest.
With all that remains,
Tomorrow shall bring the rain,
My memories stay the same.
As I ventured into this pain.
Waking up from this reality,
In which I thought I was living,
The places I remembered,
Never as cold as this December.
This puzzle, in which I become,
Shall never be completed.
I shall never see the light of day,
For all I do, I feel defeated.
Being left without words to say.
These words matter no more,
Slowly closing off the door,
Being my only escape into my dreams,
I fade away...
Becoming apart of the obscene.
