TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Sharing, Free, Easy, Optional D/L

Hey, Teamviewer is a free desktop sharing program which allows a person to connect to your pc but only if you give them your ID and P/W (Your password changes EVERYTIME you close the program). This would help with anyone who may be... How do you say... "Computer illiterate ;P XD) I know it's hard to trust such an open program so I had Shadow take it for a test run with me as well and he agreed that it was fun, easy to use, and could be very useful if anyone needed help with something. If you have someone connects to your PC, you can see everything they are doing it is like having someone sitting where you are, doing this. The other person sees their own desktop and yours in a window. They are able to control your mouse and keyboard but you are able too as well therefore giving you the ability to kick someon off your desktop at any time and then close the program, and once you close the program you get a new password so if you let someone access your pc that you don't want on there then you can just kick them, close program, and you'll have a new password and unless you give them your new password they will NOT be able to connect to your pc.
To Use: Just get ID and password from other person, Type ID in the box labeled ID, press connect if it finds them it will ask for there password, type the Password in the box labeled Password and click button, you'll have a window pop up and you'll have control of their mouse and keyboard while in that window. If you are letting someone connect to yours, you just need to give them your ID and P/W and they do the rest, To kick someone that you dont want on there off, Down in the bottom right there is an X, click it and then close TeamViewer and they can't connect to you

Good! Btw i forgot to say that if you wish not to download it, you can click the d/l link and just click run instead of saving it. And Yeah he was very very doubtful lol just as I was the first time I was asked about it, that's why I wasn't gonna post this, I figure most people probably won't even think about downloading it, but I decided we could give it a try, I plan for Wifey and Tad to look at it and give it a try sometime, I know that there word will be much stronger then mine!

Being an active Adobe member, I would rather use Adobe Screenshare than this... you don't have to install/download anything, just sign up at Adobe, open Screenshare, and it uses your browser rather than a program. Gives you URL, you send it to everybody you want, and they can all see your screen!

Simple as that. Scorp send me this Teamviewer once, I just said no

i have been using teamviewer over a year now and ya it is very useful lil program, alot easier then typing out instructions

I understand both, You and Alt's point of viewbut there are some people that don't like adobe, (ME! EFFFFFING HATE anything to do with adobe!!!) and there ARE some pcs without adobe, I never had it on my grandpa's and my sister's ain't got Screenshare I guess, So that may not be as useful, where anyone who had the program or needed to use it would need internet, and you don't even have to d/l it, you just open it in a window and close it when you're done, where it asks if you wanna run, save, or cancel, click run, it'll run it and works perfect, me and shadow tested that, and when you're done just quit and you never changed a thing except what the other person changed when you were sharing... And excuse me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be way more possible to hack a computer if you were connected to one through the internet all reaady?

Plus, you don't have to sign up for literally anything, don't need a name, set no passwords, you give it/them NO information at all

That's what Screenshare is. All you need to do now is register and the rest is simple as pie, yet very effective.

Many great and useful options, but even so, don't forget that this is only the Beta.
