New Urban Terror Server

I have been working with Mav the past week or so on getting a Urban Terror Test server going. This will hopefully help get not only more of us intrested in the game, but also the noghost.net name out there so mav can sell some more servers!!

The cfg is solid, but theres always room for improvement. Post here anything you think should be changed.

Have you made a map rotation? or is it only callvote? i did a bit of f**k-assing around and learned quite a bit about configs and setups, it's pretty much like quake 3, apart from the weapons and shit.

would be interesting for a SR8 only match (railgun ?) or something that no other server has done. just for a few games atleast.
