Hi guys, Im now at home and just went on the n2p server, with my dial-up connection, i managed to obtain a 350~ ping and an almost constant "Connection Interupted". So like I thought, I will not be able to play from here.
I came up with this, and decieded to play on a LAN vs bots (When I get really bored)
-I seem to be hitting a snag thou, I cannot get that^^ cfg loaded onto my server,
here is what Ive tried doing:
Quake3Menu>Multiplayer>Create>Selected TDM & Q3DM7> Switched Dedicated to LAN>Fight(Which then opens my server console)
I type "rcon lol" (sets up the rcon password)... And then open quake again and connect to my LAN server. (So far so good). But when I use the rcon (/rcon lol exec tdm.cfg) I get Connection Interupted and the server crashes.
Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong? Or an alternate way on loading the CFG.
**Do I need any extra files to host a server?**
