Quake Problem

Yo, so i was cleaning a bunch of useless shit off of my computer the other day and i deleted something that had to do with quake by accident... My quake will no longer run, and since i deleted whatever i deleted i cant uninstall the game : /

Ive tried reinstalling it to a different location but it wont work : ( anybody have any suggestions?

delete the folder, poof quake gone..

I deleted everything and reinstalled the demo and this is what came up.

Hrm, okay well i got quake running again, but i get about 3 FPS :/

I dont think i did this all i did was uninstall a few programs however this is a shared computer so maybe somebody may have tried to do this. is there anyway to undo or fix this?

My screen settings seemed to have been changed aswell my windows no longer fit the screen as they should

ya, u wanna re-dl the drivers for your graphics card, and fix your desktop resolution, cause it sounds like someone has really been screwing with your pc bigtime.

I download the demo and upgrade to full and 1.16, however here i didnt bother to upgrade because the demo wasnt working and still wont work...

im buying a notebook soon"ish" anyway so for now, fuck it... ill hold off on the hassle of fixing my garbage desktop lol

just d/l the pak0 and .16 pr. delete the q3config and try to run it

Where have you downloaded stuff from?

Do I need a driver for my graphics even though I dont have a graphics card? If so, does anyone know where id be able to find the download or atleast the driver name/type lol

If you can see your monitor.... you have a graphics card. I assume its onboard since you arnt sure..

erm i guess... i was told that if you dont have a graphics card that your graphics just run off of some of your ram but i guess not lol
