Disconnection Problem

hey guys I was wonderin if someone can help me with this issue x.x

when ever im on Quake and i go to 'Internet' to search for servers my internet just goes dead.

it happend ever since i setup my router and I was wondering if there is a way to resolve it without losing the router

My router is D-Link DIR-615

had the same exact problem when i had that retarded linksys router a couple years ago. according to Geeksquad at Best Buy, they said my router was old and it couldnt handle heavy usage. i bought a new one and havent had trouble since. how old is your router?

Use new master server list, not the router, its quake.

That's the router I use.

Rush is right, it's the master servers, the ones in your q3config will be down.

what i meant by my post and what i thought he meant was his whole internet stopped until the router refreshed/restarted
